Experience the benefits of aligning your body, mind and spirit utilizing the frequency of 432 sound. We'll begin with a self guided brief chakra meditation to align your nervous system. While you are immersed
in the sound therapy you'll receive reiki therapy to reset and restore your natural body's equilibrium.
Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up your space. Bring a yoga mat and a friend!
