Grief can manifest as stress, hopelessness, isolation, depression, overwhelm or anxiety in your life. Learn and practice how to lean into grief using mindfulness as a guide and with emotional and spiritual resilience as a goal. Grief is grief so whether you are grieving an end of a marriage or a relationship, a death of a loved one, any significant change or trauma that has caused loss in your life, this class can benefit you.

From personalized memorial ceremonies to grief counseling and ritualistic services, we provide a sacred space for honoring and commemorating the lives of loved ones who have passed away.

Tailored specifically to your unique needs, these sessions offer personalized guidance and support to help you navigate challenges and discover your true path.
Spiritual counseling is a form of healing that delves into an individual's beliefs and values, often seeking a deeper sense of purpose beyond the self.
Potential benefits include enhanced decision-making abilities, reduced stress and anxiety, increased self-compassion, and a newfound sense of meaning and direction.
Michelle is a firm believer in the transformative power of spiritual counseling to heal, uplift, and empower. Trained as a Spiritual Practitioner specializing in the Science of Mind and adept in the art of affirmative prayer and counseling.

The Effects of Grief
Grief happens when your circumstances change and how we grieve can vary greatly by person. We grieve whenever our sense of identity has been shaken.
When we suffer a loss, a part of ourselves is lost therefore navigating through grief in your everyday life can feel challenging. It doesn’t matter if it occurred last week, last year, or a decade ago, it’s never too late to learn and use the tools and techniques.
Learn and practice how to lean into grief using mindfulness as a guide and with emotional & spiritual resilience as a goal. Register for this class and make a conscious choice to look at loss and grief as a vehicle for personal transformation and inner growth. Within our services, we offer a 6-week class that is designed to support your well-being and a life well lived!
